Financial Wellness Program for Employees
At Lock Wealth Management, we believe financial wellness isn't just about retirement accounts. It's about helping people make better everyday decisions with their money—and empowering employers to support their teams without the burden of becoming their financial sounding board.
We offer a modern, scalable financial wellness benefit that supports employees at every income level. It’s simple to implement, easy to understand, and designed to make a meaningful impact across your workforce.

Our 3-Pillar Program Includes:
Financial Health Software -Each employee receives personalized access to an interactive tool that tracks key financial metrics like savings rate, debt-to-income ratio, and financial independence readiness.
1-on-1 Coaching - Employees can book 1 private session per year with personal finance questions, whether it's about budgeting, debt, saving, or investing.
Weekly Financial Education - A 52-week email series delivers timely, bite-sized financial tips tied to real-world planning milestones, helping employees stay engaged and informed year-round.
Family-Sponsored Coaching: Looking to support the financial well-being of someone outside your business? We offer a standalone coaching option for business owners who want to extend financial guidance to a child, grandchild, or former employee. This includes personalized support, planning tools, and one-on-one access to a CFP® professional—delivered with the same care and clarity we bring to our corporate clients for $500 per person.
